Charlene Tilton

Charlene Tilton was born and raised in Hollywood, CA and by age seven she was already performing in school recitals, neighborhood theatres and area workshops. Attending Hollywood High School, she was president of the thespians club while starring in many productions.

At age 15, Ms. Tilton appeared in a Japanese clothing commercial with Ringo Starr and soon after landed a role in the feature film Freaky Friday. She went on to guest-star on such television series as Happy Days, Eight is Enough, Police Woman, James at 15 and The Bionic Woman. At age 17, she appeared in the feature film Big Wednesday and six months later landed the role that would propel her to international stardom, Lucy Ewing on Dallas.

Ms. Tilton's return to the Ewing clan at the end of the 1987-'88 season put an end to the two-year hiatus she had taken from the series in order to spend more time with her family and concentrate on other aspects of her career. An accomplished singer, she has recorded for RCA Records and her single, C'est La Vie, was a number one hit in Germany.

Ms. Tilton resides in Los Angeles with her husband, singer/songwriter Dominick Allen and their five-year-old daughter Cherish.
