Catherine Disher

Catherine Disher is a Canadian actress who won the Gemini Award for Best Actress for role in the Canadian mini-series Snakes & Ladders, and was nominated for her role in the Forever Knight TV series.

She also starred in the War of the Worlds series. She was the voice of Jean Grey/Phoenix in the X-Men animated cartoon series. The series ran from 1992 to 1997. In addition to the X-Men cartoon, she has also been the voice actor for Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis for the wildly popular Resident Evil videogame series released in 1999.

She was a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal.
