Rick Gomez

Rick Gomez was last seen on the big screen in the feature films Sin City and Ray. He starred in all ten episodes of Band of Brothers, the award-winning HBO miniseries produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks and written by Emmy winner Graham Yost. His other recent TV work includes Lifetime's The Detective, in which he starred opposite Tom Berenger and Frank Whaley, as well as a recurring role on the short-lived but highly acclaimed series, Boomtown, on NBC.

In 2003 Gomez co-wrote and starred in Last Man Running, a mockumentary about an out of work actor who decides to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a demolition derby driver. The movie was directed by Damon Santostefano, who had also directed Gomez in his 1999 film, Three to Tango, which starred Neve Campbell and Matthew Perry.

Gomez was born and raised in New Jersey. Before moving to Los Angeles, where he got his start on UPN's Hitz, opposite Andrew Dice Clay, he lived in New York for a time and starred in several Off Broadway productions. He and his wife recently welcomed the birth of their second child.
