Paul Hipp

Hipp's feature credit list includes leading roles in major feature films such as Waking the Dead; Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, in which he played the real-life character Joe Odom; Another Day in Paradise; Face/Off; Vicious Circle; The Bad Lieutenant, in which he had the ultimate challenge of playing Jesus Christ; Sticky Fingers; and The China Girl, his first venture into feature films, also starring David Caruso.

Hipp has achieved success in theater with starring roles in Buddy, which ran in New York and London and earned him Tony and Laurence Olivier Award nominations for Best Actor; the West End's rendition of Hair, in which he played George Berger; Be Bop A Lula; Rockabilly Road; Angel City; and A Minor Incident.

Hipp's television credits include appearances in Men Behaving Badly, Nash Bridges, The Cosby Mysteries, and Tales from the Crypt.

Hipp is an accomplished songwriter and performer. Having written songs for television and film, he has been fortunate to have worked with such great talents as Carole King, Stanley Clark, and Mark Dosch. As a performer, Paul has appeared at the Royal Albert Hall, The London Palladium, and a variety of other concert and club stages throughout the world.
