Sherilyn Fenn
Fenn is currently starring in the Showtime's series Rude Awakening, with Lynn Redgrave and Jonathan Penner.With an impressive list of credits to her name, Fenn recently starred in the independent films Darkness Falls with Ray Winstone; Love Life, opposite Bruce Davidson and Jon Tenney; and Just Write with Jeremy Pivens, which won the Best Film Award at the 1997 Santa Barbara Film Festival.
Fenn's earlier film credits include her memorable portrayal of a sensual but repressed woman attempting to find her identity and womanhood in Zalman King's Two Moon Junction; a provocative cameo as a fatally wounded woman in David Lynch's Wild at Heart, which won Best Picture at the Cannes Film Festival in 1991; the portrayal of a seductive country wife in MGM's Of Mice and Men, based on John Steinbeck's classic novel and starring John Malkovich and Gary Sinise; a fragile, naïve agoraphobic young woman who develops a friendship with the man sent to kill her and her daughter in Diary of a Hit Man, the directorial debut of her late acting coach Roy London; and she starred opposite Danny Aiello, as Candy Cane in Propaganda's Ruby.
In 1993, Fenn starred in two controversial films - Three of Hearts, where she starred opposite Billy Baldwin and Kelly Lynch as a timid, confused, sensitive schoolteacher in an unusual love story, and in Jennifer Lynch's directorial debut Boxing Helena, portraying a woman held captive by an obsessed surgeon.
Fenn currently resides in Los Angeles.
