Justin Lazard
Lazard collaborates with his brother Marc on the feature Time, which they will codirect and coproduce. He will also star in the film which will chronicle three tales that take place in one night.
On television, Lazard starred in Darren Star's CBS drama Central Park West as dashing young stockbroker Gil Chase. Prior to CPW, Lazard was best known for his portrayal of Joey Hardig, the young undercover cop on the longrunning series Miami Vice. His other television credits include the ABC drama Extreme, Second Chances, Freshman Dorm and In the Heat Of the Night.
Lazard drew his inspiration to act professionally while performing in a high school production of The Pirates of Penzance. He spent two years at Emory University in Atlanta before transferring to New York University to study drama and appear off Broadway in the play Orphans and Henry IV at the Williamstown Theater Festival.
The son of former ABC foreign news correspondent Sidney Lazard and photographer Julie Thayer, Lazard was raised in New York and Paris. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
