Adam Trese

Adam Trese emerged from the prestigious Actors Training Program at the State University of New York - Purchase and quickly landed a starring role in Nick Gomez's ground breaking independent film laws of Gravity.

Tress later co-starred in Gomez' Illtown, Polish Wedding with Claire Danes, Alan Taylor's Palookaville, Steven Soderbergh's contemporary remake of the classic film noir The Underneath and the Lifetime telefilm The Good Fight opposite Christine Lahti. He can also be seen in the independent features Crooked Lines, Cowboys and Angels and Camera Obscura.

Tress portrayed a gay cop in a critically acclaimed episode of Law & Order, and also appeared on Homicide: Life on the Street, New York Undercover, and in a recurring role on NYPD Blue. He returned to Law & Order, playing a murderously competitive TV executive and has appeared on Dick Wolf s Law & Order: Criminal Intent

Tress's stage credit, include a revival of Time of the Cuckoo at Lincoln Center, Mercy at the Vineyard Theatre, The Matchmaker at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Somewhere in the Pacific at the Playwrights Horizons and the Tony Award-winning revival of Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge at the Roundabout
