Angus MacFadyen
Throughout his career, Angus has worked opposite some of the top talent in film. He was first known for his role of Robert the Bruce in Mel Gibson's BRAVEHEART. Other characters he has portrayed include Orson Welles opposite Susan Sarandon in CRADLE WILL ROCK, for director Tim Robbins, Peter Lawford in THE RAT PACK and Richard Burton to Catherine Zeta-Jones' Liz in NBC's biopic DESTINY: THE ELIZABETH TAYLOR STORY. Other film credits include DIVINE SECRETS OF THE YA-YA SISTERHOOD opposite Sandra Bullock and TITUS ANDRONICUS directed by Julie Taymor.
His television credits include starring roles in the mini-series SPARTACUS, BLACKBEARD, JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS, FIVE DAYS TO MIDNIGHT and the drama series MIRACLES for ABC.
Born in Scotland and educated in France, Angus graduated with honors from the University of Edinburgh. He currently resides in Panama and Switzerland.
