Eric Lutes
Lutes has maintained a busy schedule during his breaks from Caroline in the City. He co-starred in the feature film Bram Stroker's Legend of the Mummy with Lou Gossett Jr., Richard Karn and Amy Locane. He also starred in Marabunta, a made-for-television movie for Fox that filmed on location in Utah and aired spring 1998.
Born in Charleston, Rhode Island, Lutes caught the acting bug the summer before he started college when friends encouraged him to audition for a community production of Pajama Game. He won the role and was hooked. Lutes went on to earn a B.F.A. in acting from the University of Rhode Island.
After several commercial spots, Lutes moved to New York and appeared in many off-Broadway productions before finally making the move to Los Angeles where he landed the role on Caroline in the City.
Lutes met his wife, Christine Romeo Lutes, when they were cast as husband and wife in a bank commercial. They currently reside in Los Angeles and are the proud parents of Abigail Grace, who was born in May 1998.
