Biography #2 (for Believe in Me)

Born in Massachusetts in 1968, Jeffrey Donovan attended the University of Massachusetts and later graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He later received his Masters of Fine Arts. He first started his acting career as a stage actor, which helped hone his craft. Donovan takes the extra step to truly understand the character he plays, no matter who difficult the challenge. Arriving in New Mexico, he took off driving for a couple of days before beginning rehearsal, to get a feel for the landscape and to hear the voices of the people of western Oklahoma and eastern New Mexico. "There is no greater way to show respect to the art of acting than to learn to listen. Donovan said. This film was a blessing."
