Sean Maguire
Born and raised in Seven Kings, England, Maguire's parents teach Irish dancing in London. Discovered while dancing with his siblings, he starred with Sir Laurence Olivier in the film A Voyage Round My Father when he was just 5 years old. He also appeared in Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, directed by Terry Gilliam. By the age of 10, he was cast in the lead of the long-running BBC children's series Grange Hill. Maguire was also a regular on other BBC series, including Dangerfield, Sunburn and the hugely popular Eastenders.
His other film credits include Out of Depth, Waterland, with Jeremy Irons, and Kiss Before Dying, with Matt Dillon and Diane Ladd.
On stage, Maguire has played Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, Hal in the Joe Orton comedy Loot, and Darren in the UK tour of Funny about Love.
In addition to acting, Maguire has enjoyed a hugely successful singing career with five records under the EMI label and three Top 20 hits.
He currently splits his time between Los Angeles and London.
