Will Rothhaar was raised in a theatrical family. On screen, Rothhaar can be seen in Love and Sex, Jack Frost, Kingpin, Mighty Joe Young and American Strays. Rothhaar was most recently seen starring in the CBS live television presentation of On Golden Pond, opposite Julie Andrews, Christopher Plummer and Sam Robards.

On television, Rothhaar has also appeared as George Clooney's son in the 2000 CBS live broadcast of Fail Safe, starred in the CBS movie-of-the-week Black and Blue and appeared with Christine Lahti in Lifetime's American Daughter, for which he received a Hollywood Reporter Young Star nomination. Rothhaar had a recurring role on the CBS hit series JAG and has appeared in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Mad About You, Pacific Blue and Chicken Soup For The Soul, to name a few.

Rothhaar's theater credits include David Mamet's Cryptogram, which in 1999 garnered him the Hollywood Reporter's Young Star Award; Ardele, which won the Drama-logue Award for Outstanding Production; The Visit, which won the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Production; and Waiting for Godot, Winner of the Garland Backstage West Award for Best Ensemble 2000. Other stage credits include, A Christmas Carol and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in a production directed by the young actor's father.

Rothhaar is an honor's student and speaks fluent Spanish. He was born in New York City and resides in Santa Monica, California.
