John Terry
John Terry, a native Floridian, discovered acting through a series of fortunate events while building custom log homes in North Carolina. After performing in a few local theater productions, he moved to Alaska and helped start a river rafting company. On his thirtieth birthday, he moved to New York and tried his hand at full time acting.
He has lived in New York, London, Los Angeles and currently resides in Park City, Utah. Along the way he has worked with Stanley Kubrick in Full Metal Jacket, Norman Jewison in In Country, Gary Sinise in Of Mice and Men and most recently with Melissa Painter in Steal Me. His TV work includes Against the Grain, ER, 24 and is currently playing Matthew Fox's father in a recurring role on Lost. Later this year he can be seen in the Steven Spielberg produced TNT show Into the West.
