Leslie Grossman
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Grossman always secretly wanted to be an actress, although she never really expected to end up in the entertainment industry. A self-proclaimed comedic actress, Grossman's favorite actors include
Don Rickles,
Gilda Radner and
David Letterman.
Grossman's initial foray into showbiz was actually as a director of one-act plays in a festival at Crossroads School, a performing arts high school in Los Angeles. She first switched gears from director to actress during her senior year at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. She starred in a play called Cereal! which was so successful that it made a one-year run off-Broadway. Subsequently, the play made its way to Los Angeles at the Hudson Theater and was optioned by The Carsey-Werner Company. Grossman's big-screen appearances include Can't Hardly Wait with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Seth Green, and The Opposite of Sex starring Christina Ricci and Lisa Kudrow. One of her upcoming projects includes a film entitled What We Do Is Secret, which will be directed by her older brother Rodger Grossman. The movie is based on the rock band The Germs and will feature David Arquette in the lead role.
When not working, Grossman enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and listening to music.
