Scott William Winters
Scott William Winters is perhaps best recognized by television audiences for his gripping portrayal of murderer Cyril O'Reily in the critically acclaimed HBO series Oz.
Winters, who acted with his older brother Dean in the series, was first discovered by Tom Fontana when he and Dean were tending bar back in New York. Fontana cast them in guest-starring roles in another of his critically acclaimed series Homicide: Life on the Street for NBC. He's also guest-starred in such series as Angel, The Dead Zone and Fast Lane.
For the big screen, Winters has appeared in such features as Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Good Will Hunting and The People Vs. Larry Flint.
Born in New York City, Winters lived there until the age of 13 when his investment banker father was transferred and the family moved to Arizona.
Recently married, Scott now resides in Los Angeles with his wife.
