Hiep Thi Le

Hiep Thi Le has been one of Hollywood's promising young talents since her acclaimed debut In Oliver Stone's Heaven and Earth. Hiep's life story is as dramatic as any role she has portrayed on the silver screen. At the age of eight, the Vietnam-born actress and her younger sister were separated from their parents and left their homeland as boat people. The sisters lived in refugee camps In Hong Kong before reuniting with their parents and five other siblings in California four years later.

The actress is currently in development on the script 1979-Children of the Sea, that depicts the struggle and heartbreak that Hiep and her sister endured on their journey to America.

Hiep has starred in such films as Bastards, Bugis Street and Dead Men Can't Dance.
