Roman Danylo

Roman Danylo is one of Canada's most prolific comedy writers and performers. A headlining stand-up comedian, an award-winning improviser and a trained theatre actor, Danylo has been performing comedy for 15 years.

Danylo has appeared in the feature films Duets with Gwyneth Paltrow and Happy Birthday with John Goodman. In Hollywood, he starred in the UPN series Off Limits, was featured on NBC's Late Friday and recently completed The Phil Fuller Show, a talk show pilot from David Steinberg. He has also appeared as a dramatic actor in television shows like Jeremiah, Outer Limits, and Sliders.

Previous credits for CTV and The Comedy Network include his own one-hour special Comedy Now!, Improv Heaven & Hell, The Holmes Show and Just For Laughs Improv Championships.

Danylo is one of only a handful of comedians to have performed in the prestigious Aspen's HBO Comedy Festival, and Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival in the same year, Roman is originally from Calgary and now commutes between Vancouver and Los Angeles, where he enjoys water sports, raisins and some humans.
