Biography #2 (for Bridge To Terabithia)

Josh Hutcherson is just 14 years old but has already worked with many of Hollywood's finest actors and directors. He was most recently seen in Barry Sonnenfeld's RV, co-starring as Robin Williams's son. He also recently completed production in Montreal, starring opposite Brendan Fraser in Walden Media and New Line Cinema's Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D. Also scheduled for a 2007 release is Firehouse Dog, with Hutcherson starring as a young man who happens upon a stranded Hollywood stunt dog whose unique abilities ultimately make him a canine firehouse hero.

In 2005, Hutcherson starred in the critically acclaimed Little Manhattan, directed by Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackert and co-starring Bradley Whitford and Cynthia Nixon. Hutcherson also starred opposite Tim Robbins in the adventure film Zathura, for which he won a Young Artist Award for Leading Young Actor. Based on the world of Jumanji, Hutcherson stars as a young man who plays a mysterious game and gets swept away on an improbable and perilous adventure into outer space.

His film credits also include Kicking and Screaming with Will Ferrell and Robert Duvall and a leading voice role in the Disney release of Hayao Miyazaki's OscarÂ-nominated animated film, Howl's Moving Castle.

In 2004, the young actor shared duties with Tom Hanks as the character of Hero Boy in The Polar Express, a groundbreaking film using motion performance capture for its characters.

Hutcherson's television credits include the TNT telepic Wilder Days with Peter Falk, the Animal Planet feature Miracle Dogs and guest appearances on NBC's ER, Lifetime's The Division and ABC's Line of Fire.

Hutcherson's hobbies include football, soccer, cars and competing in triathlons. Hutcherson resides with his mom, dad, and younger brother, Connor, in Kentucky.

Biography #3 (for Kicking & Screaming)

Josh Hutcherson has amassed quite an impressive resume so far for a 12-year-old. He was most recently seen as Tom Hanks' character's younger self, a.k.a. Hero Boy, in Robert Zemeckis' The Polar Express. Previously, Hutcherson acted in the gambling drama One Last Ride, executive-produced by Ang Lee, and in the critically acclaimed indie hit American Splendor. He was also seen in the action comedy feature Motocross Kids and recently won the lead in 20th Century Fox's youthful romantic comedy Little Manhattan, which also stars Cynthia Nixon and Bradley Whitford.

Hutcherson's television credits include the Animal Planet movie Miracle Dogs, with Stacy Keach and Kate Jackson, and the TNT Original film Wilder Days, which starred Peter Falk and Tim Daly. He also appeared in episodes of such series as Justice League, Line of Fire, Ed, The Division and ER.
