Kendra C. Johnson is making her feature film debut in PHAT GIRLZ.
Johnson's television roles include a gritty and memorable performance as a junkie police informant on The Shield opposite Glenn Close. She also costarred on an episode of Strong Medicine as Rosa Blasi's pregnant patient; a role that was particularly gratifying because her first acting job in Hollywood was as an extra on the very same show.
Kendra has the face of an angel -- or should we say Queen... Latifah that is. Kendra has worked as her stand in for the past several years and credits her with helping to kick-start her career.
