Biography #2 (for The OC)

Autumn Reeser discovered acting at the age of 6 while watching a performance of Cinderella. From that moment, her own fairy-tale story began.

Over the next decade, Reeser developed a solid background for what would become the foundation of her acting career.

She participated in numerous local musical theater productions from the ages of 7 to 17 while maintaining strong performance in her classes at school and keeping busy with a variety of extracurricular activities, such as cheerleading and sports.

Reeser began her freshman year in UCLA's competitive theater program in the fall of 1998.

She spent the next three years immersed in the acting world, studying theater history, acting technique, dance, voice and movement.

She also interned at a casting director's office. Meanwhile, she paid her bills by working the graveyard shift at Jerry's Famous Deli in Westwood, CA.

Reeser soon landed roles in Star Trek: Voyager, Complete Savages, CSI and Cold Case. Recently, she has been working on two independent films.

She has wrapped production on Americanese, in which she plays a college student infatuated with her Asian Studies professor, and is filming Palo Alto, which follows a group of college freshman who return home for Thanksgiving break.

Reeser lives in Hollywood with her boyfriend, actor/writer Jesse Warren, and their papillon dog Gatsby.

In her free time, Reeser loves to dance, cook, paint and throw parties. She is also an avid scrapbooker and photographer.
