Kirsten Prout
Kirsten Prout portrays Amanda Bloom in Kyle XY, the sweet, innocent girl next door who becomes the girl of Kyle's dreams.
Kristen made her feature film debut in 2005 as Abby, sidekick to Jennifer Garner's character in the superhero flick Elektra for 20th Century Fox. Her first job was a lead role in a commercial with famed hockey player Wayne Gretzky. She was at ten years old. Since then Prout has appeared in lead, supporting and guest starring roles on television shows like Stargate SG-1, Dead Zone, Beyond Belief, The Wedding Dress, The Linda McCartney Story and Mysterious Way. Her feature film credits include Gillian Guess, Once Upon a Christmas, Twice Upon A Christmas, and Mindstorm. Prout recently starred in the Lifetime original movie Cry Wolf by director Michael Scott, which will premiere in 2007.
