Dichen Lachman
Dichen (Dee-Chen) Lachman was born in Nepal. She lived there with her parents and extended family until the end of 1989. She then moved to Adelaide, Australia. In 2000, she studied at Parsons for a summer, as being a painter was one of her dreams. After traveling and having a gap year, she found acting. This took her to Sydney and then Melbourne, where she joined the cast of Neighbors.
Soon after, she was cast in Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. She also played a vampire on the U.S. version of Being Human for one season, and has also worked on a number of other U.S. shows. Recently, she produced a feature film starring many of her Dollhouse alumni. She is shooting an independent film with John Hawks called Too Late.
