Terence Young

Terence Young is a film director best known for his three films in the James Bond franchise including Dr. No (1962), From Russia With Love (1963), and Thunderball (1965). During World War II, Young was a paratrooper that took part in the battle at Arnhem, Holland where he was wounded and taken to a Dutch hospital. At this hospital he met a nurse named Audrey Heenstra who would later be better known as actress Audrey Hepburn, which he woule unite with twenty years later in the 1967 film, Wait Until Dark.
