Michael Kenneth Williams

Michael Kenneth Williams achieved critical acclaim and a loyal fan base for his role as Omar Little in all five seasons of The Wire.

Williams' television credits include Alias, The Hulk, Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, Six Degrees, The Sopranos, CSI, Boston Legal and Kill Point.

Michael's film career began when Tupac Shakur handpicked him to play his brother in Bullet. He then went on to appear in Bringing out the Dead, directed by Martin Scorsese. Williams' other film work includes scene-stealing cameos in I Think I Love My Wife and Miracle at St. Anna. He also played a sympathetic detective in Gone Baby Gone (Ben Affleck's directorial debut).

Upcoming film releases for Michael include a lead in Todd Solondz's Forgiveness and a starring role opposite Sanaa Lathan and Matthew Broderick in Wonderful World. He can also be seen in the new Michael Cuesta (L.I.E) film Tell Tale and The Road starring opposite Viggo Mortenson and Charlize Theron. He has also just completed filming on Brooklyn's Finest.
