George Miller serves as Director and Producer for USA Network's presentation of the epic miniseries JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. This is the first USA Network project Miller has worked on in his long and distinguished career in film and television.

Miller has been directing film and television for almost 30 years, working consistently in both Australia and America. His best known feature films include THE MAN FROM SNOWY RIVER, starring Kirk Douglas; AVIATOR, starring Christopher Reeve; THE NEVER ENDING STORY II, starring Jonathan Brandis; OVER THE HILL, starring Olympia Dukakis; GROSS MISCONDUCT, starring Jimmy Smits; ANDRE, starring Tina Marjorino; ROBINSON CRUSOE, starring Pierce Brosnan; and ZEUS & ROXANNE, starring Steve Guttenberg.

Recent television movie projects include SPOONER, starring Robert Urich; A MOM FOR CHRISTMAS, starring Olivia Newton John; IN THE NICK OF TIME, starring Lloyd Bridges; THE GREAT ELEPHANT ESCAPE, starring Julian Sands; TIDAL WAVE - NO ESCAPE, starring Corbin Bernsen; IN THE DOG HOUSE, starring Rhea Pearlman (on which Miller also served as Producer and for which he was nominated for an Emmy as Best Director); and TRIBE, starring Antonio Sabato Jr.

JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH is Miller's fourth project with Hallmark.
