David Arquette

David Arquette is an actor, writer, director, and producer. Known to audiences worldwide for his starring role in the Scream movie trilogy, his breakout film was Scott Silver's johns, a hit at the Sundance Film Festival. Since then, he has acted in a host of feature films, including Tim Blake Nelson's The Grey Zone; Raja Gosnell's Never Been Kissed; Ernest Dickerson's Never Die Alone; Ellory Elkayem's Eight Legged Freaks; Finn Taylor's Dream with the Fishes and The Darwin Awards; and Robert White's upcoming Ye Olde Times. He has also starred in short films, among them Jeff Vespa's Nosebleed.

In January 2003, he formed Coquette Productions with his wife Courteney Cox. Through this production company, Mr. Arquette co-wrote and produced his feature directorial debut, The Tripper, starring Balthazar Getty, Lukas Haas, Thomas Jane, Jason Mewes, and Paul Reubens.

Also under the Coquette banner are the FX television series Dirt, starring Courteney Cox, and feature film and television projects in development. Mr. Arquette has directed episodes of Dirt as well as the NBC show Medium, which stars his sister Patricia Arquette.

He supports such charities as EB/MRF, which benefits children with Epidermolysis Bullosa; The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation; and City of Youth.
