Anthony Michael Hall
Hall is one child star who crossed over. In the 80's, Hall was well loved for his starring turns as the geek in classics like The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles and Weird Science.
His characters have been varied over the years: Gay and living on the street in the critically-acclaimed Six Degrees of Separation; Brilliant Microsoft mogul Bill Gates in the Emmy nominated TNT original movie The Pirates of Silicon Valley, with Noah Wyle playing rival Steve Jobs; an abusive bully in Edward Scissorhands; as well as a host of crazy characters during his two-year stint on Saturday Night Live where he was, and remains, the youngest cast member in the show's history.
Recently, Hall was seen the USA Network Original Movie Hitched, with Sheryl Lee. Hall also starred in HBO's highly acclaimed Billy Crystal helmer 61*, in which he plays legendary lefty pitcher Whitey Ford opposite Barry Pepper and Thomas Jane. He was also recently seen in Universal's Caveman's Valentine starring opposite Samuel L. Jackson, Freddy Got Fingered for 20th Century Fox starring Tom Green and Hysteria: The Def Lepard Story for VH1.
Hall is also committed to pursuing his other passion -- music -- and recently released his first album on RAM Records with his band Hall of Mirrors. One of his songs is featured on the sound track for Freddy Got Fingered.
Hall currently resides in Los Angeles.
